Led by Richard Lema, All Blue is a snorkeling and diving center in Cape Verde that combines tourism with science. With certifications in Marine Ecology, Sea Turtle Ecology, and Coral Restoration, we transform every trip to sea into a scientific expedition accessible to all.
Our Mission
To educate in order to preserve. Our mission is to provide a deep immersion in the marine ecosystem, using technical knowledge to raise awareness about the fragility and importance of ocean regeneration.

Richard Lema
owner and instructor
Richard Lema is a diving instructor (2003) and commercial diver (1999) with a deep passion for the ocean. Born in Venezuela (1970), he had the good fortune to grow up in the Caribbean Sea. In 2010, he traveled to Cape Verde to join the team of professional divers who built the port of Porto Novo in Santo Antão. He currently resides in the Murdeira Bay Marine Nature Reserve. His journey at sea began early: at the age of 8, when his father gave him his first set of mask, snorkel, and fins. This moment sparked a love that led him to become a professional diver in 1999. With over two decades of professional experience, Richard has dedicated himself to diving instruction and marine ecology. In 2016, he founded Allblue, solidifying his commitment to the marine environment and the training of new ocean enthusiasts.
